On Killing To-Do Lists

Kill Your To Do List — CJ Chilvers

The calendar doesn’t lie. It’s brutal about how much time you actually have in a day to complete your projects. It’s honest. We need to stop wishing, determine what’s important enough to spend our very limited time on and get it scheduled.

Argh. Just when I was getting good at managing Things, I see something like this and instantly connect to it.

I’m managing space, not time. Which is why it always feels like I’m running out of time as the day progresses.

Might have to rethink my approach.
