Tonight marks my first attempt at cooking dinner like a big boy. Having acquired some choice grass-fed beef from ButcherBox, I mixed together a marinade of minced garlic, cilantro, lime zest, and olive oil.
It was incredible.
Everyone loved it, and suddenly I don’t want to go out anymore. I just want to try different sauces, different rubs, and different cuts.
Not sure why I waited so long.
